U.S. User Agreement All products purchased from BuildAHookah.com are for personal use only and not for resale. You must be eighteen (18) years of age, and possess a valid credit card to purchase tobacco products. BuildAHookah.com will not sell tobacco to minors. BuildAHookah.com reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain and comply with any laws in regard to the purchase and use of any tobacco products. Privacy Policy Registration includes obtaining user information such as, name and email address. We use contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our product and services. Users may unsuscribe from future mailings. Shipping & Handling Shipping limits include anywhere in the continental United States. Return policy: All sales and products that are shipped are final. In the case of broken merchandise upon shipment, a replacement will be shipped. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Payment options: We gladly accept major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, Discover). Credit card transactions are proccessed online through SSL (secure socket layer).
